This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between MYB Lifestyle Services LLC ("Provider") and the undersigned participant ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Services Provided:

The Provider agrees to deliver the VIP Mind Your Business Challenge, which includes but is not limited to, daily challenge content, weekly workbooks, exclusive workshops, mini-courses, and additional materials as described in the program outline.

2. Term of Agreement:

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue for the duration of the 90-day challenge unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

3. Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the introductory offer in the sum of $90 for participation in the VIP Mind Your Business Challenge. Payment shall be made in accordance with the Provider's standard billing practices.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The Client may cancel their participation within 14 days of the start date for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property:

All materials, content, and resources provided as part of the VIP Mind Your Business Challenge are the intellectual property of the Provider and are for the Client's personal use only.

6. Confidentiality:

Both Parties agree to keep all information shared during the challenge confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

8. Disclaimer:

The VIP Mind Your Business Challenge is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty. The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of participation in the challenge.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, USA.

10. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, concerning its subject matter.

Client Acknowledgment:

By processing this product sale, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
